How does an invite work?
One of you creates the town on an iPhone and sends an invite: a link or a 6-character code. The other opens the link or enters the code and joins the town. Invites last 7 days. If one expires, make a new one in Settings → Partner.
What if my partner doesn't have an iPhone?
One of you with an iPhone is enough to start the town. The other can join from a browser, on any phone.
We're both on Android. Now what?
For now a town can only be started on an iPhone. Leave your email and we'll let you know when it works on Android too.
Does my partner get Pro?
Yes. One of you pays, and Pro works for both of you in your town.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple charges for the subscription, so it's cancelled there: on your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the app go to Settings → Our Little Town Pro → Manage subscription. Everything you've made stays.
What if we part ways?
In Settings → Parting ways you can keep your memories, archive the town or delete it. An archived town can only be viewed, and your partner gets no notification. A deleted town can be restored within 30 days.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings → Delete account. Your photos and thoughts are deleted, and the memories and what your partner added stay with your partner. If you have a subscription, cancel it with Apple first. Details are in the privacy policy.
