What Our Little Town is

Our Little Town is an app for couples: you do challenges in real life, and each finished challenge raises a building in your shared town. The app is provided by Our Little Town.

Account

You're 16 or older. Keep access to your account safe and don't use someone else's. You're in one town at a time, and a town takes two.

Free and Pro

The core of the app is free. Pro unlocks extra districts, challenges, seasons, more photos, video and voice, the widget and the “Our Year” film. One of you pays and you both enjoy it while you're in the same town. When the purchase ends or the person paying leaves the town, Pro stops, and everything you've made stays.

Subscription and trial

• Apple charges for purchases, through your Apple account. The price is the one you see in the app before buying.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew on their own unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• The yearly plan has a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the first year is charged.
• You cancel in Apple settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
• The lifetime plan is paid once.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, under its rules. Your statutory consumer rights remain.

Rules of use

• Upload only content you're allowed to share.
• Don't use the app to harass anyone, for illegal content or to put anyone at risk.
• Don't disrupt the service, bypass its limits or access other people's data.
• We may limit or close an account that seriously breaks these rules.

Your content

Your photos and thoughts stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them and show them to you and your partner. More in the privacy policy.

Parting ways and deletion

At any time you can archive or delete the town and delete your account, from the app's settings. A deleted town is gone for good after 30 days. What exactly is deleted and what stays with your partner is in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the app running and your memories safe, but we can't promise there will never be an error, so export your memories now and then. The app is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Apple

You enter into these terms with us, not with Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, but it may rely on these terms as a third party.

Changes and contact

When something important changes, we'll let you know. These terms are governed by the law of Serbia, along with the mandatory rules of your country. Send questions to hello@ourlittletown.app.
